Can we add some rule to posts in the “Question” category that they should contain the Framework version?

For the past few days its been mentioned in the ‘just in time’ hints for new topic creators, and is now in the description of this category. We’ve been looking at other way to make it clear to people that they should include this.

Discourse offers templates, so it’s worth trialling that option too.
