The Silverstripe CMS Squad has just released Silverstripe CMS 4.9.0-rc1. This marks the change freeze for the Silverstripe CMS 4.9 release. Only critical bug fixes will be made past this point.
The 4.9.0-rc1 release is not stable and may contain bugs. The purpose of this release is to help the Silverstripe CMS Squad and the Silverstripe community identify and fix bugs prior to the stable release.
