Custom theme style changes not reflected into resource folder

Hi,
I am downloaded theme from GitHub - micschk/silverstripe-bootstrap-sass-basetheme: A SilverStripe Bootstrap theme that incorporates Twitter Bootstrap and Font Awesome and using this. when i made any changes inj the style sheet its not reflecting into “_resources”.

If i switched into simple theme its working.

Please advice.

What platform are you working on? Have you tried running composer vendor-expose after you make the changes?

yes i have used “composer vendor-expose” still css changes not reflected into resources.
