Where are you getting this error?
Is this in your code, or CMS code?
Are you loading something in an iFrame, or via some JS?
Do the protocols / domains of the target, etc. match?

Any more info would be helpful!

I get the error in the console. forms are also not working… Application worked fine in another server.

Issue got fixed. It was because of hardening the server.
