Image preview scrollbar is gone after latest Chrome update

Question:
In Chrome v86, it works all fine.

But after the recent Chrome auto update to v87, the scrollbar disappear. And the ‘Insert File’ button is overlapping with the boxes.

I check on the Chrome console and there is no error message. Would there be a compatible issue for the css? A few people are reporting the same problem to me.

it looks like chrome just released another update and problem solved.
