I touched on this in the answer to your other question. It looks like your site is hosted with Hostmonster, so that would be the place to start.
Silverstripe CMS is just a software product that your site was built on. If you’re no longer in touch with the developer that built the site, that’s fine. Another developer should be able to pick it up, but they will need access to the site files on your hosting.
