The form created by the UserForm module is listed as Id in the form list step sent by the user. How can we show this with Name Surname Value?
You can actually do this in the CMS. When editing any form field, there is an option to display it as a summary field on the Submissions tab. Can’t remember it’s exact name, but should be obvious now you know the option exists!
