trying to install, having 403 Forbidden

Hi guys,
I have downloaded zip file from silverstripe.org site and uploaded to my shared server, instead of installation page i am having 403 Forbidden page. any ideas?

hi again,
i have called hosting company, asked to get new server with php7, it works there, no need to play with htaccess php switching… problem solved.
