Which pages are using which Elemental Blocks?

Question: Which pages are using which Elemental Blocks?

I find refactoring templates for Element blocks a bit of a nightmare because I don’t know of a way to know which pages on a site uses a given block. To know this would allow me to better do QA.

Is there a utility that does this?

If you go to ‘Reports’ in the CMS, there should be a report which will show you element usage, and a breakdown of where each element is in use.
